Cancellation and Payment Refund Policy

  • Full payment shall be made 48 hours before the tour date and pick-up time. Failure to make the full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Payment can be made through these channels:
    -Payment Link (Accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB)
    -Paypal
    -Cash
  • Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours before the pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund. We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate your needs if you notify us in a timely manner.
  • Cancellations made earlier than 24 hours before the pick-up time will be eligible for a 30% refund from the net price of the tour. This policy allows us to compensate for any arrangements made on your behalf.
  • Cancellation made later than 24 hours before the pick-up time is not refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but our cancellation policies are designed to account for the commitments made by our service providers.
  • In the event of a cancellation imposed by the service provider due to bad weather conditions, you will be entitled to a 100% refund. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we understand that certain circumstances are beyond your control.
  • Cancellation imposed by the traveler due to bad weather conditions is not possible; however, we are happy to reschedule your tour or excursion to another day. Please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in making the necessary arrangements.
  • Refunds will be provided through the same mode of payment used for the booking. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • It is essential to receive confirmation from a Phuket Journeys representative through email for any tour or excursion booking. Bookings made without explicit confirmation are considered invalid and may not be honored.
