Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Phuket Journeys, an online travel agency. By accessing our website, making bookings, or engaging in any transactions with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:

Booking and Confirmation:

All tour or excursion bookings made through Phuket Journeys are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from a Phuket Journeys representative. Bookings made without confirmation are invalid and may not be honored.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process. Phuket Journeys shall not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided.

Payment:

Full payment for tours or excursions must be made 48 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Failure to make full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Phuket Journeys accepts payment through the provided online payment methods only. We are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of your payment information.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours before the pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made earlier than 24 hours before the pick-up time will be eligible for a 30% refund from the net price of the tour.
Cancellation made later than 24 hours before the pick-up time is not refundable.
Cancellation imposed by the service provider due to bad weather conditions will be 100% refundable.
Cancellation imposed by the traveler due to bad weather conditions is not possible, but the booking can be rescheduled to another day subject to availability.

Traveler Responsibilities:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they meet the necessary passport, visa, and health requirements for their travel destinations.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Phuket Journeys shall not be held liable for any missed tours or excursions due to late arrival.
Travelers are expected to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by tour guides or service providers during the tour or excursion. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the traveler being excluded from the activity without a refund.

Limitation of Liability:

Phuket Journeys acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay incurred during the tours or excursions, including but not limited to accidents, property loss, illness, or acts of nature.
Travelers are advised to obtain suitable travel insurance to cover any potential risks or losses during their trip.

Modification or Cancellation by Phuket Journeys:

Phuket Journeys reserves the right to modify or cancel tours or excursions in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, travelers will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

Intellectual Property:

The content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, on the Phuket Journeys website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Phuket Journeys operates.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Phuket Journeys reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to the most recent version of the terms and conditions outlined above.
